What is the difference between a move-out clean and a regular clean?+
A move-out clean is significantly deeper. Standard recurring cleans skip inside oven, behind the fridge, inside cabinets, window tracks, light fixtures, baseboards. Move-out cleans include all of these — because that is what landlords inspect. The work takes 3-6 hours typically, vs 1.5-3 for a recurring clean.
What is the deposit-back guarantee?+
If your landlord identifies cleanliness issues on inspection after our clean, contact us within 48 hours. We return free of charge and re-clean the flagged areas. If your deposit is withheld specifically for cleaning reasons on areas we were contracted to clean, we cover the withholding up to the cost of our service. Documented in our booking confirmation.
Do you book same-day or next-day?+
We try to. For move-outs with 24-48 hours notice, we book fast. Realtors with listing photos scheduled get priority. Over-the-weekend and emergency bookings: call us, we will slot you in.

Yes. Commercial-grade cleaning products, equipment for deep cleans (steam cleaners, pressure-based tools for oven interior, scrubbers for grout). Eco-friendly options available on request.
Can I be there during the clean?+
Your choice. Many tenants leave us a key or lockbox code and go run errands. Realtors usually aren't there. Landlords sometimes stay for final walkthrough. Works either way — we photo-document so non-attendance is not a concern.
